These work great hope they last more than one season. They feel kind of cheap.

This is our second reel purchased this year. ordered this one to be mounted inside our garage. This particular reel does not seem to be a true 180 degree swing. With the plastic wall mount bracket instead of the metal bracket as was shipped with our 1st one, the plastic bracket strikes the main housing not allowing full swing. Outside of the wall bracket issue which does not create operating issue just not working as advertised. We would highly recommend this hose reel. Really like the options available for hose size and length options.

It was easy to assemble and install. I installed this inside my garage. The quality of the hose is a little disappointing as it doesn't seem to be of great durability, I guess for the average homeowner it will suffice. The retracting reel works well, it takes a little bit of getting use to as there are no instructions how to stop it from retracting when you are extending the hose out from the reel. It is a bit of a guessing game. Would have been helpful to add those instructions to the manual. Overall it performs well, just a word of caution if the hose is retracting across a solid surface like ashphalt or concrete the hose retracts very quickly and with a lot of force. You may want to hold on to it and walk back with it so it doesn't whip around and damage something or hurt someone standing near it.

Rapport qualité prix au top , tuyau un peu petit mais un régal à utiliser, on verra avec le temps comment cela vieillit 👍

A perfect and attractive hose reel. Low pressure capacity, which I believe is due to the hose width.

We have owned this unit for about 6 weeks. So far it works OK. It is best to drain the hose before rewinding as, if the hose is under any pressure, it will not retract all the way and there is no adjustment. However, as long as you remember this, it is a solid unit, easy to install and sure looks better than the old hose on a hook. I will give it 4 stars

I love having a retractable hose. I purchased the 1/2" 100ft hose. It is difficult to pull past 50 ft, the hose does kink, and the pressure is poor if you need to wash something but its great for just watering plants etc....

Ordered 2 with insurance and one broke and nothing was replaced or refunded. 1 still working great

The hose reel is very good, but I should have looked at the description a bit closer before purchase (price caught my eye), the first one I bought had the metal bracket and pin, this one had the plastic. The plastic is harder to align, binds up, and for me eventual will not be as sturdy. Again the hose reel and sprayer are very good and worth the purchase.

Ready to install. Hose is a little small in diameter
