Love it! Installation wasn't too bad, was able to mount to brick with a rotary hammer & SDS plus bits. So far, it has worked well, and has replaced our tangled, old, messy garden hose. One complaint - where the nozzle attaches to the hose is recessed, making it very difficult or impossible (in my case, impossible) to adjust or remove the nozzle. There is a minor leak on the nozzle, but nothing major - I turn off the supply when I am not using the hose. I wish I was able to remove the nozzle, but it seems to be stuck in place.

Works well but doesn’t appear it’s going to last years. To start the large pin holding it to the mounting is plastic. The connectors are a fragile plastic. This said it is working very well without issue.

So far so good. It seems you have to be a little gentle with it whrn pulling hose out and reeling back in, which is fine. The wall bracket was plastic (although it seems to be fairly hard) i would have preferred something more sturdy like metal/steel. That aside, happy.

The Retractable reel works well. I had a bit of a problem with the end of the hose but VEVOR support is very good they fix the problem ASAP. Ordered another one for the front of my house

Like the VEVOR retractable hose real very much, makes watering easy. The stop start hose roll up feature works great. Attaching mounting bracket to wood frame house required different style fasteners. But after stopping by hardware store that problem got solved. The unit swivel pin has a lot of free play and makes the it hang substantially out of level. Wondering how long this will last before something will give way as a lot of weight is being applied to this swivel bracket. Weathering and oxidation are potential reason the bracket might eventually fail. I like the VERVOR unit so I am already thinking about potential fixes. So far so good.
