Works like it should

the reel work fine, it let hose out and return corectly saving the hasle to wind it manually. The hose itself look cheap and it feel like it won't last a decade but it worked all the last summer and we will see for the comming one. It easily get bent to block water comming out compared to a commercial grade hose but it also make it easier to move around... I had a problem with the installation plastic pin. It get hard to align and put back the pin in place with the reel weight, i rounded the tip a bit to help it find it's way with less efforts.

I should of ordered the 5/8 hose. The 1/2 inch has poor water pressure. However the set up is super nice. Easy to install and rolls up nicely.

Plutôt satisfait, j'aurais bien apprécié un déport d'angle pour orienter le tuyau sans l'abimer contre le frottement du mur. Une option à prévoir, mais peut-être quelle existe, mais elle n'est pas proposée lors de la commande.

This is a very handy item. I would give it 5 stars normally, but it's a little hard to get the hose to return.

Everything seems to work fine although the half inch hose seems a little flimsy and is definitely restrictive. I think anyone would be happier if they bought it with the 5/8 in hose.
