I wish it came with a handle on the side. A lot of times it will not retract completely and I have to open the top and spin the reel by hand. Handle on the side will help tremendously.

Product looks good and working as mentioned in website...

Work as they should

3\4" hose would be nice but works great as is. Included gun is great to. I have bought couple of these are will probably buy couple more

works great

Fonctionne parfaitement, de bonne qualité, fonctionne toujours depuis 4 mois. Un défaut, lorsqu’il est enroulé au max, parfois il bloque un peu, le guide n’oriente pas très bien le tuyau.

The 1st unit arrived damaged but the replacement works perfectly! Makes watering the plants much easier

I placed the order and received my Vevor 130 ft ½" retractable hose reel in a very short amount of time. Installation was simple. I was mounting this to a 4x4 post. Connection to my pump was simple. I would give it 5 stars except for these items of criticism: -my mom has tried to use it and it gets a little difficult for her (she is 83 years old) to pull the full 130 feet out of the unit. -the hose does tend to kink relatively easy. So you have to watch the hose at all times to undo the kink otherwise no water pressure at all Otherwise, I am happy that I purchased this for my mom's house! It makes watering our plants a much simpler task than pulling a regular hose around the house.

What a great working and good looking hose reel. My only concern is the plastic pin. You have a metal wall bracket with a plastic pin. On an outdoor garden tool.
