Folding Gate Parts missing
The gate is great. We were having a lot of guests just wondering into our kitchen and helping themselves. So the gate has worked out great. But...it didn't come with any of the hardware listed on the packing slip. We went out and bought everything we needed. When I called them about it they told me to take a picture of the box. Which I couldn't do because it was already installed with the parts that we purchased.

deziign9 Selling opened boxes with missing parts!
126 × 197.5 cm
For starters they sent me an open product missing all the parts, screws & wheels! Then when I asked for them to send them to me the refused and said they didn’t have any! Then they only wanted to give me a $50 refund and wouldn’t let me send the whole item back for a new one! Very disappointing and also they said it was universal for either side of door that was wrong!

Jane Linley Not the size advertised. Won’t let me return.
108 × 131 cm
Be aware the measurements for this gate are listed incorrectly.
It’s listed as 48wx37h and is the opposite.
I’ve been back and forth with customer service for more than a week to return and am getting nowhere.

Thomas Baltrusaitis Missing Accessory Components
170 × 131 cm
Gate itself arrived in good condition. However, box of accessories missing. Customer service to provide only $20 for hardware replacement. I doubt that will even buy the casters. And, I have no idea what thread size or pitch the threaded holes are, so I can purchase casters locally that will fit. So, my gate still awaiting information for installation.

I bought 4 of these gates. Had to cut out 4 individual rivets because they did not go through the bars properly, causing them not to open. Replaced with bolts and put them through the bars myself. Literally 4 bolts on 3 different gates.
