These stairs are sturdy but my only complaint is that the mats constantly come off. The glue seems inferior. Otherwise they work well for my dog.

They work for our ancient mastiff cross who found them easy to learn and stable. For our baby 9 month old wolfhound they are a blessing as she’s had a couple of falls jumping and this meant a transition. Very solid and not wobbly. So she fells safe. Great help.

Je l’ai acheté il y a à peine un mois. J’ai deux chiens de 50-60 lbs qui ont appris à s’en servir rapidement pour monter dans le coffre de ma Subaru Outback. J’aime que l’escalier se replie en « accordéon » pour se ranger facilement (mieux qu’une rampe). Cependant, après un mois, deux des « tapis » caoutchoutés des marches se sont décollés (je les ai recollés). Pire, l’escalier au complet est devenu difficile à déplier, on dirait que le métal est déjà un peu déformé, ce qui n’était pas le cas quand je l’ai reçu. Je suis maintenant sceptique de la qualité de ce produit. Le concept est excellent mais le produit comme tel n’est pas durable… Un peu déçue…

Praktisch, Stabil und gut handelbar. Leider fallen jedesmal die Matten von den Stufen ab beim öffnen oder schliessen der Treppe. Das ist sehr ärgerlich!

Katastrophale Qualität, alle Stufen krumm und schief angeschweißt (nur angepunktet), wabbelig, uneben, es ist schockierend. Die angegebene Tragfähigkeit werden diese Stufen niemals aushalten - das ist für uns aber irrelevant. Die Matten auf den Stufen haben sich direkt nach dem Auspacken abgelöst, sie sind einfach abgefallen. Zurück blieb eine ekelhafte Schicht auf Stufen und Matten, die sich weder mit Isopropanol, noch mit Öl, noch mit heißem Wasser und Seife entfernen ließ und die das erneute Verkleben der Matten mittels doppelseitigem Klebeband massiv stört. Ich habe noch nie ein derartig schlechtes Produkt von Vevor erlebt und werde zukünftig wohl auch nichts mehr von Vevor kaufen. Ich bin unfassbar enttäuscht und geradezu wütend über diese unglaublich schlechte Qualität eines Vevor-Produktes. Bisher war ich Fan der Marke, das hat sich nun erledigt. Nach dem erneuten Verkleben, das wegen der Rückstände des ekligen schleimigen Klebers nicht so richtig möglich war, lässt sich die Treppe, deren Grundgerüst zumindest halbwegs okay ist, nun soweit nutzen. Sie darf nur nicht aufrecht gelagert werden, sonst fallen die Matten wieder ab. Ich habe keine Rücksendung veranlasst, wir brauchten die Treppe dringend, sie ist bereits im Einsatz. Später einmal werde ich den Innenteil der Stufen wohl selbst komplett neu bauen müssen. Oder die Treppe geht dann einfach auf den Schrottplatz, wo sie meiner Meinung nach schon direkt nach der Produktion hin gehört hätte.
