Das Produkt super, der Kundendienst leider eine Katastrophe, ich muss die 5 stufige Hundetreppe umtauschen da sie so lang ist , es ist nicht möglich , 10 Mails reichen nicht , habe Fotos eingesendet, immer wieder werden die gleichen fragen gestellt. Jetzt wurde das ticket angeblich geschlossen . Ich weiß nicht mehr weiter, die Hundetreppe ist super stabil gut verarbeitet, schade das der Kundenservice so schlecht ist

I had the most terrible experience with Vevor and this product. All of the pads were off as I pulled it out of the box. It did not pull out as described and shown in the photograph so it would have been impossible for my dog to climb up. It's also very heavy! So I wanted to return it. You deal with the same AI letter over and over. And when I finally sent them a photograph (because my word and telling them that it didn't open and was too heavy wasn't good enough), they said that it happened because of use. It had just been delivered!!! Did they bother to look at the date. They are just trying to wear me down. Offered me $19USD. Didn't offer me the option to return. I THINK THIS COMPANY IS IRRESPONSIBLE AND HAS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY REALLY WON'T LET YOU RETURN A DEFECTIVE ITEM.
