Shane Not great quality
Leaks to much, has extra gaskets and still leaks, plastic seems cheaper/thinner than other brands, also harder to clean than others. Messaged for a refund and so far it’s a process

Arrived with a European plug and is designed for 240 volts. Had to order a step up converter to use it in the US.

Rücksendung ist seit über einer Woche beantragt, keiner kümmert sich darum.

Dr. LH Leaking soon as I unbox and cleaned
Vevor. I am so very disappointed. I really expected better from a very reputable company. This is the 2nd slushy machine I’ve purchased from your brand. The 1st I $900 plus it worked perfectly for 2 years then both leverage handles split a month after the other! But at least I was able to use for 2 years.
This new one I haven’t even used yet and it’s leaking. I put water in to clean it for usuage to learn it. One of the leverage handles where the liquid comes out is leaking right away. This is very very displeasing! VERY!

Tom Poor temperature control
This unit is fast to freeze and relatively quiet, but does a poor job at maintaining the proper temperature to keep slush mobile. It is either too runny or freezes it off and plugs up, preventing it from dispensing.
