Bonjour , j'ai bien recu la machine dans un carton bien emballé , mais après avoir ouvert tous les sachets il me manque le guide et la chaine pour pouvoir utiliser ma nouvelle machine tant attendue ....pouvez vous svp m envoyer les pieces manquantes ?? bien cordialement . j s

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a product that cannot be assembled as described in the manufacturer's instructions and instructional video. I have carefully followed the assembly video and instructions exactly as provided. However, it appears that the unit supplied, particularly the components involving the anti-rotation screws, does not match the assembly procedure demonstrated by the manufacturer. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of both your warranty and technical support departments, neither has been willing to accept responsibility or provide a satisfactory solution

I hate the product. It is far too heavy, the components are poor quality, and I feel like I’ve been ripped off.

Does the job, but EXTREMELY awkward to use. Definitely not for the novice.

Great saw. Easiest starting two stroke that I have ever owned. I probably should have gone with the 8 inch as it would have been plenty big enough. My only concern is the plastic chain guard that holds the chain on the saw and protects the drive mechanism. Even with the chain tightened correctly, the plastic guard will catch on the chain and snap out of alignment. That part is poorly made and should be re-engineered

Une galère pas possible pour emboîter les axes j’ai faillit laisser tomber. En plus au bout de 5branches coupées le cache a sauté plusieurs fois il se prend dans la chaîne chaque fois. Déçu surtout pour le prix sinon pour Magnier l’élagueuse avec les 3rallonges il faut être costaud car ça pèse son poids. À voir avec le sav s’ils vont faire quelque chose pour le cache abimé.

Zeer slechte communicatie. Het produkt was na twee keer de startkabel aantrekken al kapot. De startkabel gaat niet terug. Probeer maar eens dit te vertellen. Onmogelijk. Ze verkopen dingen (waarschijnlijk chinees) die als je ze wilt retourneren ze op een slimme manier dit net mogelijk is. De mp4 maakt altijd mellding van "opnieuw"en een foto kun je er niet bij doen. De chatmen heeft blijkbaar niet de kennis want deze weet niet wat een startkabel is..........waardeloos

There is a problem with blade attachment. The slot in the chain guide bar is much wider than the rib on the body. The rib should match the slot to prevent the bar from being able to shift. Because of this the tension cannot be properly set. If you do exactly as the instructions describe, as soon as you attempt to use it the bar will shift making the chain go extremely tight. If you attempt to loosen the tension a bit to alleviate this, the chain will go way too slack once you put pressure on the bar during cutting. No matter what the tension cannot be properly set. The attachment bot cannot, no matter how tight, prevent the bar from shifting...the slot and rib should be doing this.. The chain is ether way too tight or way too loose no matter what you do with adjusting screw and attachment bolt. See photos that show how the bar slot does not match the rib.
