This company literally has the worst customer service. Both the paint sprayer and chain saw were received defective out of the box. I have been emailing back and forth with their customer service for over 2 weeks now with still no resolution. All I am asking is for them to replace the defective items with items that work, but they can't seem to do that. Do not buy from Vevor. I also had a core drill that was rented maybe 4 times and the motor gave out on it. It is one thing for a company to sell subpar equipment, but then to refuse to replace items that were received defective is horrible.

After my 1st project done, i stored in shed, when time to used in my 2nd project, it's not turning ON anymore, i don't know what happened

Didn’t work right out of the box. Would pop the breaker as soon as you turned it on. Customer service told me to try a different plug in which I described to them that I already tried that before contacting them. They had no idea and didn’t want to refund. So I took it apart gave the electric motor a spin by hand and it started working so evidently something was was slightly jammed when it was put together. It works pretty good. Alittle noisy

Recieved 950W paint sprayer the day before a job for a client, I plug it in to test it and make sure it works and the thing doesnt even turn on! I heard this would happen to me if I purchased directly from their website on reddit.

Purchased this a month ago , when to use it three days ago for the first time and the had no suction , customer service sucked cause u can’t call them it’s all email , so I don’t delay in the job I had to do the job the old fashioned way roller and brush , after 12 hours customer service reached back with a video that didn’t help , I actually had to go on YouTube to find a video that helped , it was the outlet valve that was stuck , how this happens on a brand new machine I have no clue and customer service still sucked cause they told me to press the button for the inlet valve , maybe if you could call them it would make the process faster .

Opened the box yesterday and followed all instructions for set up. Painted 1 wall and cleaned it following all directions. Now today when I go to continue on the motor won't turn on like there is no power?

The machine was not as I expected, I wasted a lot of paint and made a mess in my walls, besides that is super loud. Maybe for a different work would work better but for a interior walls is not a good machine. I ended up using a regular roller to finish the work. I wont buy it again.

Ask multiple times and sent a shot video with no resolution. They want to compensate with 20$ dollars. Bad bad bad

This must be the worst pieve of crap out there in the market. It clogs like there is no tomorrow and is extremely messy, I’ll rather use the stupid roller than this garbage. Avoid at all cost, or buy a decent brand, this is the same crap as harbor freight.
