We love this machine. Measures water well, temps are accurate, fast and overall easy to use. We love it. But— two of them have gone out on me. I’m very thankful for vevors one year warranty. They leaked after a few months (7?) and needed to be replaced.

It’s a handy appliance for a cup of tea, much easier than boiling the kettle. On the highest setting, it’s not quite as hot as if I boiled the kettle, but good enough for a cup of tea. Would be nice if the cup tray was better secured to the unit, and if the tank lid was more secure as well, but it does the job.

The water dispenser is well-designed and dispenses hot water within seconds. It has a large water capacity, and the hot water comes out quickly. However, I don’t think it quite reaches the highest temperature setting on first use. I’ve noticed that when running a second cup, the water is hotter and closer to the listed temperature. The dispenser didn’t come with clear instructions, so it took me a few minutes to figure out how to use it. Would I recommend this dispenser? The answer is yes! Once again, Vevor has delivered a great product at an exceptional price.

L’appareil fonctionne très bien et remplit parfaitement sa fonction. Toutefois, deux défauts sont à signaler : le réservoir d’eau ne se solidarise pas correctement avec le corps de l’appareil, ce qui nuit à sa stabilité. Par ailleurs, le repose-tasse aimanté présente une force d’aimantation quasiment inexistante et se détache très facilement de l’ensemble. Dommage, car ces défauts de conception viennent ternir une expérience autrement satisfaisante.

Water flow was not steady as expected. Even water temperature set to 212 F, it not reaching 212F because,water flow is little by little and not heated all at once.

The unit is defective and does not dispense water. The water tank is full and properly installed, and I have confirmed that the tank outlet valve works normally. However, when I press the dispense button, the pump only runs briefly and then stops, while the low-water warning continues flashing. No water comes out at all. I have tried reinstalling the water tank and restarting the unit, but the issue persists. I would like to return the item for a full refund.
