This product was defective upon receiving it. I do not know if this is the case for alot of these items. The quality is sub par for sure. Feeding bracket did not line up with blade or even the gears to pull it through. It was always crooked when fed through.

I sent a video of the stripper not coming on it tried to for a micro second and cut out your response has been so disappointing. I mean I got one message asking me to check if the stop button came away???? I'm an electrician I've checked it all without actually opening up the machine as I don't want to be blamed on breaking a warranty

Had issue where original order got lost in shipping, instead of being able to call and talk to someone on the phone I had to talk to AI over text. They made me wait for 2 weeks past estimated delivery date to address the shipping issue. Instead of just sending another one they gave me a refund and made me buy another one which was more expensive than the original order because I lost my welcome discount. After I ordered the second one it took a lot of adjusting to get it to work correctly and is still mediocre. - Customer service sucks - Product works alright but is mediocre at best

Item died after one use. The one time I used it - worked alright, but was slower, and not as powerful as expected. Struggled to push through kinks in a 14/2 NMD wire. I'll see how their customer service is then I will update.

Have not used. Also no operating manual or parts list. Wrong replacement blades shown as also to buy and can’t find replacement blades on site

This machine either blew the capacitors or the motor went to earth after 4 hours of light work, emailed supplier no response. Very disappointed but needed to completed job so had to order and buy another, The second one worked great but still cost me double. No support chasing spares or warranty

Ήρθε γρήγορα , το δοκίμασα σε κάτι καλώδια μικρά 1,5 είναι δύσκολο δεν τα πιάνει πάντα το πετάει έξω έχει λίγα κενά ο αξωνας και παίζει λίγο με αποτέλεσμα να το πετάει έξω σε ποιο χοντρά δεν το δοκίμασα γενικά είναι καλό αλλά θέλει υπομονή μέχρι τώρα έκανα 5 κιλά χαλκό
