La caja isotérmica Vevor nunca me llegó. La comunicación ha sido buena però la logíística ha sido muy mala. La resolución no ha sido la correcta, me abonaron 10€ por las molestias pero luego me descontaron los 10€ cuando me abonaron el importe del artículo, tuve que reclamar este hecho y luego me abonaron los 10€. Esta solución no me satisface ya que he tenido que comprar otra caja con prisas y más cara. Considero que no es una empresa en la cual puedas confiar. No recomiendo que confíen en esta empresa para adquirir sus productos.

I would not recommend vevor products. I received a non working product and you can not get a hold of customer . They offer no customer service phone number — only email support. After weeks of back-and-forth emails with no resolution, they finally suggested I return it through FedEx. I hired a shipping company to transport the heavy refrigerator to a FedEx location, only for FedEx to refuse it because they don’t handle large shipments. Vevor has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the frustration and money — do not buy from them.

Difficile d'évaluer un article non reçu à ce jour. Malgré nos réclamations, Vévor ne revient pas vers nous. Dans notre commande, nous avons reçu 11 articles sur 12. Nous ne comprenons pas le manque de réactivité concernant notre réclamation, nous avons fait parvenir le numéro de suivi de la commande provenant du livreur. pas moyen de contacter Vévor directement uniquement mail et chat. Nous sommes déçus.

Ordered two of these waited over a month. Tried getting customer service it doesn’t exist with live people. I was told by chat to cancel the order and order again. Such BS Great product terrible company

My order didn't arrive...the shipping company returned it and no one knows anything.

I bought two of these. They came damaged and don’t roll correctly. I’m in the process of trying to return two of them but have been given the runaround. They now are telling me it could take up to 48 hours for the appropriate department to assist me with returning my products when originally they stated they could help me with my return if they couldn’t resolve the issue. I have been dealing with them all day and I have brought other items from Vevor and have never had any product issues or issues with customer service. But the minute that I go to say that there is damage damaged to the equipment and I wish to return them even if I have to pay for shipping back to their warehouse facility to receive a full refund they stop communicating. I am hoping that my issue will be resolved as I’ve sent all of the necessary information that they need you, but this isn’t a good look for this company.

Schlecht verarbeitet, Rollensätze lassen sich nicht an Behälter schrauben, da bei den Löchern ca. 0,5 cm Versatz drin ist. Nicht empfehlenswert

Bonjour, Je vous contacte concernant le conteneur isotherme reçu. Malheureusement, l’article ne me convient pas du tout : les bacs GN glissent et tombent systématiquement à l’intérieur, et les dimensions annoncées ne semblent pas adaptées aux bacs standards. Cela rend le produit inutilisable dans mon activité. Compte tenu de ces problèmes importants, je souhaiterais obtenir un geste commercial, ou idéalement un retour/remboursement, car l’article ne correspond pas à mon usage ni aux attentes.
