Meat Slicer works well, don't care for the fact that you have to keep power button depressed. After using it I realized this isn't a big deal since you have to clear out the slices after about 3-5 slices. Sliding platform is a little small but worked great for jerky and making my own bacon. Its best to cut meat when it is chilled and firm.

Works as it should , is a bit weak and therefore slices a bit off but it does work great , good value considering an industrial unit is thousands

Well, yesterday I smoked a 7-pound beef brisket that had been in the freezer for a few years. Today I finally took the slicer out of the box, and I sliced that delicious meat into thin, flavorful slices in a fraction of the time it used to take. The machine worked flawlessly, and my grandson and I enjoyed some for lunch today! I wish I had bought one years ago. My wife, who was against the purchase, even helped me with the quick cleanup. Next will be Thanksgiving turkey and Christmas ham, sliced up and refrozen for later enjoyment, saving a ton of money and providing better quality than the deli at Kroger or Walmart.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät. Es entspricht den Vorstellungen, die wir von einem solchen Gerät haben. Der Allesschneider - bei uns nur zum Brotschneiden genutzt - funktioniert ohne Beanstandung. In seiner Handhabung entspricht der Allesschneider dem Gerät, das wir vorher hatten. Das bisher genutzte Gerät war schon weit über 30 Jahre alt und hatte nun seine Existenz beendet. Deshalb der Neukauf. Wir waren froh darüber, dass schon das Bild im Internetangebot weitgehend dem alten Gerät entsprach.

Bought the meat slicer on a whim,and what a good decision it proved to be.Fantastic deal price wise,ease of use and the safety screen works perfectly,I haven't lost a finger,as yet! Highly recommend the machine to anyone who is thinking of investing in a machine, super efficient and super safe and it doesn't take up much counter space.

Seems well built and is easy enough to use. It is sufficiently powerful to slice anything I might want to use it for, giving consistent cut thickness and remaining stable on the counter. I have used it only two times so I can't assess long term durability, but I am well satisfied.

Utilisée depuis un peu plus d'un mois, tout va bien. Trancheuse pratique et efficace, facile à utiliser et surtout PEU ENCOMBRANTE. La construction pourrait être plus rigide (notamment la plaque de support avant la lame) mais elle tranche correctement et uniformément à condition de ne pas trop pousser le produit contre cette plaque qui peut bouger. JE RECOMMANDE GRANDEMENT
