1. I did not get the bracket or the screws to properly install the control box per the video.
2. I also did not get an owners manual for the 2200 model.
3. Also I did not get the pully hook so that I can double my loads and speed.

Le produit est globalement bon, fonctionne bien malgré une livraison catastrophique.
Le colis a été balancé au dessus d’un portail de 2m sans appel, ni avis du livreur. le boîtier électrique cassé, un composant abîmé à l’intérieur.
Il serrait temps de changer de transporteur, ou de rappeler à DPD que les colis ça se livre, ça se balance pas chez les gens surtout vu le poids du truc.
Dommage car les produits Vevor sont intéressant.

Realicé el pedido en noviembre de 2025. Cuando lo recibí, lo revisé y parecía que todo estaba en buen estado, pero no llegué a montarlo, ya que durante el invierno no realicé ninguna actividad. Ahora, con la llegada del buen tiempo, me he dispuesto a montarlo y he comprobado que la caja-carcasa de PVC está rota. Soy consciente de que han pasado varios meses desde la recepción, pero en su momento, a simple vista, todo parecía correcto.

The crane has been disappointing as the electric motor has started making extremely loud noises as it struggles to pick up weight after about 3 weeks of use.
We have used similar cranes in the past from other brands that have had much more success. The wireless pendant is a nice feature for this crane and installation was simple.

When using the wireless remote, you can only go all the way up. If you stop anywhere is the ascent run, you can not go up any more, you have to lower the work all the way to the floor and start all over again. What is causing this?
