Just bought this a couple weeks ago. Its very light weight compared to my kitchen aid mixer. Good speed control and super easy to clean. I love the wide bowl so easy to put flour etc...in.

bsaylors Sourdough must have
Takes the hassle out of kneading sourdough. This has done a great job of mixing 1500g 70% hydration dough. Much quicker and less work than doing by hand and pretty sure it does a better job. And the price is outstanding. Its a win-win.

Bought my mixer to start being more healthy making bread and butter. So far only made butter, nothing artificial and no preservatives! Time to start eating clean food and getting away from the chemicals they are feeding us. Mixer is great quality, works perfect and looks good also. Great quality for a good price!

brenda Bad paddle
I like the mixer fine but not happy with the paddle. Turned black after the second time I used it. It rubs black on everything. Can't use it anymore. It should be stainless steel for it's use.

It's pretty but very flimsy, paddle attachments are plastic painted with silver.
It wasn't as powerful as I hoped it would be, I tried kneading a small ball of dough and it sounded like it was going to break.

Louise Ruttan Not worth it
Terrible Machine. New model is not like the older one. Sounds like its going to take off with a high pitch sound when you start it. Doesn't have the capabilities to knead dough. Not strong enough.

Dissappointed Do not buy. JUNK
Absolute junk. Worst vevor product ever. Overheats and shuts down every 15 minutes whipping crème. I can not imagine any use for it. Likely just trash. Vevor has been useful as a value product but there bid no value here. DO NOT BUY
