Came damaged from improper packaging. The chisel was loose inside and pinched a hole in the machine. Vevor sent me a new undamaged one. Seems to work fone

Seems great but I had to add 80g of oil to get it to show in sight glass. Claims to come with enough lubrication to run for 20-30 hrs out of the box and I did use it for a couple hours but was concerned that no oil was showing in sight glass. Bought the correct oil and was surprised how low it was shipped. Vevor should do a better quality check on items before shipping

I live in Texas, so yeah… limestone is everywhere. I had to dig a trench to run conduit for Google Fiber to my house, and this thing was a total lifesaver. It went through the limestone way easier than I expected—honestly like a knife through butter. Made a tough job a whole lot quicker and less of a headache. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re dealing with rock, hard soil, or anything like that.

Great product just a little heavy for me to use

Unico problema finora, scalpello a punta debole, sbeccata quasi subito. Abbastanza potente, facile da usare (in verticale ovviamente; pesante in orizzontale). A questo prezzo, più di quello che mi aspettavo.

The product is a bit heavy. but well built. The jackhammer handled my project quickly. The owner's manual needs a little more detail (example: where exactly is the provided oil poured and is the included oil a basic lubricant or the required motor oil?). With the provided wrench, I could not loosen the nut where I believe the apparent oil should go. The nut just tightened in both directions). I then loosened four corner screws to gain access to the felt strip, which the instructions didn't address). There is absolutely no valid telephone number to contact customer service! You're on your own to figure out things with the product!

Jack hammer works as it should without much effort by the operator. The optional bits will come in handy for trenching frozen ground.
