Very well packaged, already have another one and decided I wanted a 2nd one for my trailer. Very easy to install and pretty much straight forward. Might get a 3rd one and install it on my truck.

Picked this up for my car hauler so I could load and unload by myself a little easier. Had no idea it included a wireless remote! There is about a half second delay in using it but still very useful for solo use. Overall I'm very impressed of what you get for the price. The leads from the control box to the winch are extremely short however - I will have to take it apart and change them out to something longer. As the winch is mounted at the front of the trailer right next to the togue box the leads are still way too short to even mount the control box on the back of the tongue box to reach. Other than that 10/10

This winch has been used over a dozen times on my flatbed trailer to pull/load several vehicles ranging from 4500lbs to 7900lbs, and the winch does it effortlessly. I will say over a consistent 6600lb pull over 45ft the winch did appear to get pretty warm although it still is proving to be a great unit, I would purchase again without a doubt.

This winch appears to be well built and operates as advertised. Have not used it much so no idea on longevity but happy with it so far.
