The winch line/cable is not strong at all and it breaks very easily. I already requested a replacement cable, but I never received one. Also, the winch will pull the cable in and wind it up, but it does not release or feed the cable back out. I have tried both the wired and wireless controls, but the problem remains. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the winch and especially with the customer service. I contacted you about the cable issue and requested a replacement, but nobody properly followed up or resolved the problem.

A fuir absolument t!!!!

Not waterproof, doesn’t fit my winch cradle and mechanic said it might last 2 or 3 pulls then break…

I ordered it a month ago. never received it and now there asking for my review

Nice Winch.. not reall happy with the way the electronics are mounted on the top.. I got a real good price on it so I thought I would try it.. It is by no means a Warn brand winch. That being said... The price was great.. The remotes both work fine. The wireless one uses some odd sized battery.. Not a huge issue but it does mean you don't likely have one setting in the junk drawer at home. I Sold it before ever actually putting it to use. So my review is somewhat not that relevant. I did like the rope on the winch.

Don’t lose the remote they cannot replace it, I’ve lost mine inquired about a replacement. The only reply I got was a $40 Rebate offer.

This is the third identical 13500 lbs winch I purchased (the first 2 were purchased via Amazon and Temu, both of which suffered catastrophic failures after minimal use; the winch purchased from Amazon failed on its first use fracturing the steel/aluminum casing where it bolts into the mounting plate. Additionally neither winch was capable of the out spooling fumnction by either wireless or wired controller This particular winch demonstrated enhanced design and quality control and came fully functional. Will customer service please contact me to discuss how I might repair or replace parts on the first two winches? This winch operates within the specifications advertised and came with fully function line out capabilities by wireless and wired remotes. I've used it for 2 jobs and it has performed admirably, relative to the two defective winches i purchased previously. I've been a big fan of this company but my experience with the first 2 winches has left me questioning my support for Vevor.

So far so good
