The package were in rough shape, inside and out. At 100 lbs, it needed a heavy duty box. Other than a minor scratches on the metal, nothing were missing. Work just fine, have not put any weight on it yet.

The Vevor 18000lb winch is heavy and quite capable. I love the wireless feature. Easy to change the batteries, although you have to order these weird batteries online (cheap). The connection from the controller, using either the wireless emitter or the long cable, is flaky. They use big pins but somehow it doesn't stay connected and I have to move the wire around to get connection. Very annoying. The switch controller (aka solenoid relay) failed within 3 weeks. This is what allows you to wind or unwind. The winch is not usable without that. Lucky for me, it failed within the 30 day warranty. The nightmare starts when trying to get service. You MUST log the "ticket" using their web interface. It is flaky. Then you cannot submit the ticket without a video of the failure... but their website doesn't allow big video. Even a 6 second video is too big.... Wasted one full evening on that. Then they asked for verification of my diagnostic twice. Once they agreed with me that the controller had indeed failed, then shipped me a replacement part...from China.... That took 3 weeks. When I received it, they shipped me the electric piece, so I had to take apart the controller to swap it. Needless to say, I had to buy another winch while waiting for all that stuff to happen so this was a PITA.

Bonjour - désolé de me montrer négatif : assez déçu, je ne sais pas où sont les 6 T. D'autre part le crochet est de piètre qualité et surtout l'attache du câble sur tambour ne vaut rien. Je l'ai réparé dès la 1ère utilisation et elle a lâchée à le 2ème alors qu'il restait encore 10m à dérouler. Le câble est fixé au tambour par une minuscule bague tenue par une petite vis. Riidicule !

bon treuil mais et tomber en panne fonctionne en position deroulé mais ne fonctionne plus en position pour enrouler et dificle avoir une personne pour traité la garantie je l'ai achteé il y a 3 et deja en panneet peut utilisé dommage sur le papier parait bien mais pour le fonctionnement laisse a voir

Would not buy again, customer service is not good, and product arrived looking like a used unit, I would recommend buying from another retailer, where you could take back, or at least see a actual picture of what you were buying, the add picture sure didn’t look anything like what I received.

I purchased this winch to mount on my trailer. The very first time I went to engage the "free spool" clutch and use the winch, the clutch shift handle sheered off. I removed it to inspect and found that it is made of the typical "pot" metal Chinese made products are known for. I drilled the old nipple off and tapped/installed a bolt in its place. Upon trying this bolt repair I found that the tougher bolt steel now cuts through the cheap clutch material. I cannot imagine trying to pull any load with such a cheap built setup. I would highly recommend anyone looking save their money and buy a brand name winch. A few bucks saved is not worth the risk factor if you are even lucky enough to get this winch to work

I put my winch on the first time I used it. It moved the car about 6 feet broke something in the motor turned loose. I have been trying to get it. Replaced with a new one because I know things happen sometimes with new stuff, but I’m not getting a response from Devo. It’s brand new and will not even pull the cable back in so at this point I’m very upset.

The 18,000 pound winch that I purchased came in with a broken part and after emailing back-and-forth with vector I was told the replacement part would be shipped to me at this point I have never received a part or any further emails in regards to making sure the part was received. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from someone like this.

I installed this winch on March 18th by May 5th, 2026, the "In" Solenoid went bad. After talking to customer service, they need a video of the winch not working, and they don't have any replacement parts. Don't waste your time or Money
