Absolute monster at pulling, my skid steer was sunk in a gumbo swamp and the 18k double lined to a snatch block pulled it out like it was nothing!! Great buy and Im getting 2 more for a backup and one for my truck!

FedEx gave the package to the wrong person. Vevor needs to file a claim with FedEx as I already have. Not Vevor’s fault but we will see if the extra charge for shipping insurance vevor offers actually works. Update… Vevor gave me a full refund. So I have changed my star rating. The extra insurance was worth it in the end.

Mounted this on my roll off dumpster trailer , had to replace the solenoid after a few uses but that was my fault because I over heated i.

My only complaint is with the shipping contractor. Ordered this winch, got it to the house, opened the box, only to find just the accessories for the winch and only some of those. The box was destroyed. The winch fell out somewhere between here and Hong Kong. So I got a fair lead and not much else. Contacted Vevor and after several attempts with their AI was able to get the point across that I was missing the main part of my purchase. They finally did send another one, only after I had returned the remnants of the first one. Got that one in and the box was messed up, but found everything to still be in the box. Product review: can’t say to the quality or anything other than the appearance, but it looks robust. It’s rated for way more and is a lot cheaper than the Horbor Freight ones. Will update when I put it to use. By the way, the pictures are of the actual condition of the first box. This is how I received it. I didn’t even have to open it. The last 2 pictures shows how the second one arrived.
