Buen material , pero recomiendo cambiar instalación de cable , viene de aluminio y si fuerzas la grúa se calienta y mete fuego el cable , e comprado varias y en todas pongo instalación cable de cobre , son buenas tienen mucha fuerza pero al rededor de 8 10 meses parten los engranajes y me toca pedir otra pero bueno no me puedo quejar hacen muy bien su funcionamiento yo le doy uso todos los días y recomiendo 100% ( las que he roto anterior mente son 13500lb ) espero que la de 18000lb me dure algo más

We bought this for father's day 2 years ago. Best investment! Does exactly what we need it to do. Has saved a lot of work and time.

My only complaint is with the shipping contractor. Ordered this winch, got it to the house, opened the box, only to find just the accessories for the winch and only some of those. The box was destroyed. The winch fell out somewhere between here and Hong Kong. So I got a fair lead and not much else. Contacted Vevor and after several attempts with their AI was able to get the point across that I was missing the main part of my purchase. They finally did send another one, only after I had returned the remnants of the first one. Got that one in and the box was messed up, but found everything to still be in the box. Product review: can’t say to the quality or anything other than the appearance, but it looks robust. It’s rated for way more and is a lot cheaper than the Horbor Freight ones. Will update when I put it to use. By the way, the pictures are of the actual condition of the first box. This is how I received it. I didn’t even have to open it. The last 2 pictures shows how the second one arrived.
