Bonjour - désolé de me montrer négatif : assez déçu, je ne sais pas où sont les 6 T. D'autre part le crochet est de piètre qualité et surtout l'attache du câble sur tambour ne vaut rien. Je l'ai réparé dès la 1ère utilisation et elle a lâchée à le 2ème alors qu'il restait encore 10m à dérouler. Le câble est fixé au tambour par une minuscule bague tenue par une petite vis. Riidicule !

I put my winch on the first time I used it. It moved the car about 6 feet broke something in the motor turned loose. I have been trying to get it. Replaced with a new one because I know things happen sometimes with new stuff, but I’m not getting a response from Devo. It’s brand new and will not even pull the cable back in so at this point I’m very upset.

I purchased this winch to mount on my trailer. The very first time I went to engage the "free spool" clutch and use the winch, the clutch shift handle sheered off. I removed it to inspect and found that it is made of the typical "pot" metal Chinese made products are known for. I drilled the old nipple off and tapped/installed a bolt in its place. Upon trying this bolt repair I found that the tougher bolt steel now cuts through the cheap clutch material. I cannot imagine trying to pull any load with such a cheap built setup. I would highly recommend anyone looking save their money and buy a brand name winch. A few bucks saved is not worth the risk factor if you are even lucky enough to get this winch to work

The 18,000 pound winch that I purchased came in with a broken part and after emailing back-and-forth with vector I was told the replacement part would be shipped to me at this point I have never received a part or any further emails in regards to making sure the part was received. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from someone like this.

I installed this winch on March 18th by May 5th, 2026, the "In" Solenoid went bad. After talking to customer service, they need a video of the winch not working, and they don't have any replacement parts. Don't waste your time or Money

Winch in second use broke on the gear side

Broke the very first time we used it. Customer service has been horrible, they blamed me for it breaking it. We spent extra time and money to make sure the winch was secured on a steel plate through the frame of my trailer. We mounted the winch guide to a steel angle. Pulled (1) 5,000lbs shipping container onto our gooseneck trailer and the threads pulled out of the cheap nuts they send with it. We would have replaced the nuts as they looked cheap, but they are square and were custom to the winch mounting bracket. Don’t buy anything from Vevor if you want customer service and or quality, as they will not stand behind their products.

Item came severely damaged tried my hardest to return the item customer support refused to send me a return label. They also refused to help in anyway told me they can send me $45 and then the next day said they can only send $40 very confused but they in no way shape or form intend to help. They’re only goal is to collect your money and once they do so you’re stuck with whatever they sent you I simply wanted to just return the item it came with both of the top bars bent the entire winch was u shaped a little and would not sit flat on a piece of metal to bolt it down. The electrical compartment was completely smashed since they shipped it upside down, and the weight of the winch tore through all of the Styrofoam and smashed the electronic box smashed the remote Damage the wires it was just a big mess. The winch was hanging out of the side of the box before I even opened it cracking on the metal. The stickers were basically tore off from all the rubbing the handle was broke off the selector that allows the winch to free spool. I sent them multiple pictures and they just kept saying that I needed to send them more pictures I sent them over 30 pictures of all the damage and overall the quality was just terrible their advertising a nice brand new product and what you receive is very far from something nice it will be smashed to crap and they will not alow you to return it and the customer service department they’re from India or a Third World country

Bought in September 2025. In January it quit going in . I checked all wiring and contacted the warranty return department. Its weeks later. Still getting the run around. Just send me a new control box and fix it!! But no. Were having our technical department look in to it. It doesn't go in what more is there to look into?? The fitting for the controller is very flimsy and broke trying to pull controller end off. A metal piece would give it some strength.
