To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to share my strong appreciation for the smoker I recently purchased. Before it arrived, I had serious second thoughts and came very close to requesting a refund. I was concerned it might be a lightweight, low-quality product that would not hold up. When the box finally arrived, however, its weight immediately suggested otherwise. Once I assembled the smoker, I was genuinely surprised. The build quality and durability far exceeded my expectations. I had anticipated something closer to a cheap tin-can design, but this unit feels solid and well-engineered. I am confident it will provide many years of reliable use. The price was excellent for the level of quality received, the shipment was impressively fast, and the finished product looks attractive and substantial wherever it is placed. I am very glad I did not change my mind. Thank you for offering a well-built, durable smoker at such a fair price. Always wanted a ceramic smoker and was stoked to see that VEVOR sold one, purchased one on sale and immediately put it to use. It holds heat well and smokes excellently. I made smoked Lamb Shoulder, Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Beef Brisket 8 hours and it held heat that long without adding any charcoal

very well made. Great packaging. Easy to assemble. spare screws would buy again.

Perfect, just fired it up and it maintains a temp between 250 and 275 vents fully open. Didn't leak smoke everywhere. Very happy.
