I was skeptical, but I gave Vevor a shot. This fan, so far, has greatly exceeded my expectations. From the process of finding it on the website, to ordering and paying for it, communications on the purchase and tracking the shipping, to the receiving, assembly, installation, and usage, this has been a great experience. I was using this to test how Vevor's shopping experience was and one of their products; and they knocked it out of the park. On to the 8 foot "Big A$$" Value fan. Packaging and Material Quality: The materials were great and so well packaged, there is little change these would arrive damaged. Each blade is separately protected. The instructions were ok, but honestly could use a little clarity in some of the steps, as I had to undo some things and redo once I figured out what they were trying to say. Installation: Pretty straight forward if you have ever installed a fan before, just take your time, with 8 blades and decent size, you want to go easy. I installed mine about 16 feet above my shop floor, so it was a little sketchy for me. One thing you can do (if you are so inclined) is to test the operation of the motor and remote before you attach and install the blades Operation: I really like the remote and ease of installing it where ever makes most sense for me. Everything about the fan works great, and BOY HOWDY does it move a bunch of air, yet it doesn't blow papers off the desk. It really makes a difference controlling the temperature in both hot and cold. I have experienced both now and this is reducing my hvac usage and electricity costs by quite a lot. One down side is the reverse is very odd. It works, but it "clicks" a couple times and just when you think it has glitched and stopped working it reverses and does what you asked it to. OVERALL For the money you can't beat this. Even for 2-3 times this price you would be hard pressed to beat the end to end experience, quality, operation, cost savings, etc. There are a few nit picky things, but easily overlooked with everything else being so outstanding. VERY pleased, and will absolutely be buying more from Vevor. Hopefully my experience wasn't a fluke with this fan

Fan works great! Moves a lot of air in a 40x40 shop. Didn’t get the one with a light on it so can’t help with how bright the light is

For the price I am happy
