good product, working as desired, automatic thermostat works like a dream

Works great! Does that job at a great price. Compared to other fans online, this has better features, quieter fan, and durability is much better for the price.

The fan arrived as scheduled. That's always a plus. Opening the box, simple installation. The value was in the soft start versus high amp turn on. That is a real plus. The rating for CFM proved valuable. We've been monitoring the greenhouse temps with a noticeable reduction in heat within the greenhouse, especially when we hit 100 for ambient temperature outside. The fan is operating well. The install took less than an hour. Know this..... the motor is word but you'll need a power cord or outlet box for finishing the wiring.

We have had this fan installed now for 2 months. It moves a reasonable amount of air and build quality is on par with many items costing a lot more. I would give it FIVE stars if it we not for the programmable controller. We have our fan mounted to pull IN fresh air from the outside. Upon trying to program it to cut out on HIGH HUMIDITY i.e. (raining) we realized our controller was just a little buggy and the HIGH & LOW Humidity settings operate in the exact same fashion. Not a deal breaker for our application, but a quality issue none-the-less. Also, when it does start raining and the Humidistat detects our High Humidity set point the controller shuts down the fan control to (0) Zero as programmed, but the fan continues to spin at a very slow speed which does keep the louvers from closing down 100%. Again, not a deal breaker for our application, but an issue that could be problematic for some if it a common one. One more note, at least with our experience, was that you cannot set the controller to shut down on multiple parameters. Example: Shut down on High Humidity AND/OR High Temperature. So maybe it isn't raining, but it is 98 degrees F outside and you don't want to pull that heat into your building, if the controller isn't set to High Temp., it won't shut it down.
