The drill was delivered with a different core drill diameter than I ordered. I ordered 160mm, they sent 82mm, 82mm was not even offered on the web shop. It is very difficult to find a website where complaints can be processed and even 2 weeks after sending the complaint I did not receive an answer from the supplier how it will be resolved ... I had to order another drill from another supplier. The drill does not have speed regulation, otherwise it is quite good for the price.

Nous avons utilisé la carotteuse pour effectuer 2 carottage dans des murs en agglo en 180 mm, la machine s'est mis plusieurs en sécurité, nous avons mis un temps fou pour faire les carottage.
Nous souhaitons un échange du matériel - en urgence car nous avons de multiples chantier à faire.

Appareil de trés mauvaise qualité, le moteur c'est mis à fumer au premier trou dans du béton , en plus trés dangeureux car par de débraillage , donc tenir fermement l'appareil sinon risque de se faire trés mal .
Je ne recommande vraiment pas cette marque.

Ken Owner at Tool Time Rental Equipment
This machine was rented maybe 4 times and on the 4th rental the motor burned out. What makes it worse is their customer service is horrible. I have 2 other items that were received defective and I have been going back and forth with their customer service for over 2 weeks simply asking for them to replace the defective items, but they can't seem to do that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
