Heute die erste 110mm kernbohrung in doppelt armiertem stahlbeton gemacht, läuft hervorragend. Habe sie mit 2 m12 schrauben an der wand fixiert, hielt felsenfest. Freue mich auf kommende projekte.

Zwaar statief, voor hor boren ondersteunde ik dit met een balk. Doet wel wat het moet, droog geboord met boor 20cm door snelbouw en baksteen zonder probleem.

Ich habe die Maschine vor ein paar Wochen bestellt. Sie kam relativ zügig an. Ein Standard Bohrkrone für 100 mm Rohr ist zwar dabei, aber ich benötige 220 mm. Die zusätzliche Bohrkrone kann man leicht im Netz günstig bestellen. Ich habe zwei Bohrungen gemacht. 1 x Ziegel-Kalksandstein Mauer mit 480 mm und 1 x mit 280 mm. Beide Bohrungen gingen einwandfrei und zügig. Wichtig ist, dass man das Bohrgestänge vernünftig an der Wand anschraubt. Ich würde empfehlen gleich zwei Gewindestangen mit Zwei-Komponenten Schnellmörtel einzukleben und das Gestänge ordentlich anzuschreiben. Schwerlastdübel haben bei mir nicht funktioniert wegen den Hohlräumen im Stein. Die Klebekartusche kann man mehrmals verwenden. Man benötigt lediglich eine neue Mischerdüse. Ich habe trocken gebohrt. Mit langsamen Vorschub ging das sehr gut. Ohrschützer sind ratsam, da alles sehr laut ist. Also volle Kaufempfehlung!

There are a lot of positive things to say about this product and a couple of negatives also. The first positives are the build quality and the price. It's rmade using really substantial metall components and durable plastics throughout. On first impressions alone it gives the appearance of a tool costing multiples of its actual price. The drill bit supplied did a good job of cutting through the 600mm thick stone wall of my house. The negative points are that it comes with a European plug rather than a 3 pin UK/Ireland style plug. This meant I had to buy an adapter. Also, at the 3200 watts of power output it's very close to the limit of the 13 amp fuses on my plugs and adapters and it did blow a few of them as I was using it. This appears to happen when the drill encounters a particularly tough piece of wall, or when it partially binds in the wall. The other negative to note is that during use the drill will vibrate and all screwed on components will quickly come loose and fall off. This happened to the rotary handle and the cylindrical threaded on bit at the end of the running rail. Luckily I found the bits on the ground and reinstalled them using a threadlock adhesive. In summary, it's a good product and is certainly worth the price being charged.

Ich habe die Kernbohrmaschine für Bohrungen in 25 cm dickem Stahlbeton am Boden eingesetzt (Wandbohrungen folgen noch). Die reine Bohrleistung ist absolut top: Der 3200W-Motor hat enorm viel Power und das Bohren an sich verlief äußerst erfolgreich und reibungslos. Das einzige, aber große Problem ist die Fixierung des Bohrständers. Ich habe mittig eine 10 cm lange M12-Betonschraube verwendet, aber nach einigen Minuten lockerte sich die Verbindung durch die Vibrationen immer wieder. Da die Bohrkrone sofort feststeckt, wenn man abschaltet, musste ich mich am Ende mit dem gesamten Körpergewicht auf das Gerät stellen, um es stabil zu halten. Fazit: Die Maschine arbeitet fantastisch, aber für eine wirklich sichere Verankerung muss man sich definitiv eine noch bessere Lösung einfallen lassen!
