Straight out of the box before fuel was even added the Shaft seal leaked about as fast as I could add gear oil back in it , after dealing with the no customer service phone number and several chats back and forth being asked to produce the same info 5 or 6 time , I just replaced the seal myself . Horrible customer service. !!!

Bought this and the auger tip broke after 2nd hole. I got it welded but had a conversation with Vevor. At first they didn't want to know but after me threatening they decided to refund me 50 euros. This never arrived. The auger bit has started to come apart. I will have to have this welded again to complete my project. Machine is great but the drill bits are rubbish.

I bought this in June so I could build fence on my 800-acre ranch. Fire season came and I wasn't able to use it until now. This is an absolute piece of garbage. The pull rope came out about 4 inches, and the motor made a metal-on-metal grinding noise and now the motor appears to be seized solid. As you can see from the attached photo the pull rope does not come out even with the weight of the motor. The motor never even fired. Obviously, no testing was done to ensure quality of this motor. I have bought several items from Vevor in the past, but this might be my last purchase from them. I will be telling everyone I know what a piece of garbage this is. Now we will see how truthful their warranty is. They might have just lost a customer.

The quality is terrible , it didn’t even last a year, the pull starter cord fell apart, I wish i could leave half a star, Even though i tried to contact customer service , They said there is no after sale service ,

Someone forgot to include the bolts and nuts to attach the arms to the unit. 🙃😡😡

Hey I bought this post hole digger and the 1st time I used it it broke so this is not good solid material at all

Does not work very good. Not sure is something is wrong with the electrical but it takes forever to get started. You cannot turn it off and start it right back up. Won’t work.
