Brand new from the box is unusable, the core bit oscillant way to much for making an precise hole..I'm very disappointed..and customer service is inexistant, no way talk to someone and explain the situation...My advice..stay away from this machine and keep your money.

Very dissatisfied - SINACOLA, LLC Owner

I have been trying for six months to get a chuck for my mag drill that I have not been able to use, and can’t get a freaking human to talk to me. I am in the market for a plate compactor and a cut-off concrete saw. Why would I buy from you people?

The magnet didn’t work out of the box
Want multiple videos of it not working countless emails
They offered me 40 bucks for a refund
They keep saying I have a new one on the way but have still yet to get it
The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with
Will never buy anything from Vevor again!!!!!!

What an unholy pile of sh!t this thing is.
Whatever you do, do not purchase this.
It immediately broke.
It has no speed control. You can not adjust the speed. It's just 1 million rpm.
Instantly dulls any cutting bits.
Vevor customer support refuses to repair or return this 100 lb pile of steaming dog crap.
It is absolutely useless.

Total JUNK!!!! Motor is weak, it started to smoke after a half hour of use. The variable speed is flicky and hard to control. I wanted a refund. Vevor asked for a video of the motor smoking. The motor is junk, how am I supposed to get a video after the fact? Also, there isn't enough height to get a 3/8" bit in, without having to put 1" of steel under the machine. If I intended this for a one time use tool, it wouldn't of even made it through one use. Spend your money on something better
