The runout on the outer and inner spindle runs true within 0.001”. The supplied arbor has a runout of 0.002”. And the runout of the supplied drill chuck was 0.006”, with visible wobble at the drill tip. I clamped a fence to it, and drilled 30 holes evenly from the same reference edge, and was annoyed that the holes deviated so much from the edge. So now I am replacing the chuck. Overall, for the price this is a great tool.

Installed and well used. Only issue - top cover came slightly misaligned and wont straighten but doesnt affect operation.

The drill press is as described, however the build quality is less robust than expected. Reasonable value for money but if I had my choice again I would spend another $100-200 for a more sturdy unit.

Perceuse bien finie dans son ensemble, une lampe éclaire parfaitement le plan de travail. Livrée à monter soit même, rien de bien compliqué. Par contre si vous rencontrez le même problème que moi, à savoir à la mise en route un bruit infernal provenant du moteur. Il s'agît en fait de l'hélice de refroidissement du moteur qui frotte sur le carter de protection. Il suffit de démonter le carter et de repoussez de quelques millimètres l'hélice avec un petit tube adapté au diamètre de l'axe, et le tour est joué plus de bruit.

had sears 50 year old drill press, and wanted new one saw Vevor ad and sent for it . easy to assy if you read inst. has cool lazor marker for center ,LED speed readout ,led ight so can work at night also, just love it

The drill plate is damaged and paint fumes all over the top plate…if they would do more of quality inspection better this would be 5 stars all the way..

The packaging was a little damaged, but the drill press remained intact. After the cleaning, oiling, greasing and adjustment described by many, the inclination of the table to the spindle is 89.85 degrees. The tachometer shows about 10 rpm less in the lower range and at higher rpm this difference increases to 100 rpm (measured with a strobe). The laser cross shows negligible variation before any adjustment. The table tilts about 0.15 degrees under strong pressure which is exactly the same as the above deviation :) (of course this is not how it should work for an industrial machine but that machine is also available at multiple prices) No radial displacement is felt on the spindle shaft. Overall for this money this drill press was a good deal for me.

This is an awesome drill press that I’ve ever use. Kudos to Vevor for selling this excellent product!!
