Great Grill!

Easy to use, with brilliant results. We’ve mounted the grill on our wall that was easy to do. Will try and find a grill pan with tray attached to use with it, as when grilling a lot of food, the tray gets full of fat and the tray is a bit flimsy. But ideal when using just for the 2 of us.

A must have piece of kitchen equipment

Wish it had come with a book with recommended ways, recipes that you can use it for and what temperature for what etc. I cannot seem to find a recipe book for eye level salamander's.
