i brought this machine, and it just simply didn’t seperate. i tried severel hours to fix it but still nothing worked. the machine quality was very bad and it also leaked, the machine also made weird noises because of different parts touching each other, don’t buy this machine

As wholesale distributors of Vevor products in Central America, we have dealt with many suppliers over the years, and this was one of the worst product experiences we have ever had. We purchased two of these cream separators. One arrived with missing parts, making it unusable right out of the box. The second unit was a complete failure. It could not properly regulate cream thickness, leaked excessively during operation, and simply did not perform its basic function. In total, we wasted more than $300, not including the considerable international shipping costs required to bring these units to Central America. The machines were so poor in quality that they were effectively worthless. What is even more frustrating is Vevor's customer service. Despite reporting the issues and seeking assistance, we received little to no meaningful support. For an international buyer, this means taking all the risk while the company avoids responsibility. We strongly advise potential buyers to avoid these cream separators. The quality control appears nonexistent, the products are unreliable, and customer support was extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, purchasing these machines was a costly mistake that resulted in lost money, wasted time, and frustrated customers.

Worked great the first five times than the motor locked up

Seemed like a great price and the motor seems sturdy and well-built, BUT it couldn't separate cream from my fresh raw milk. I retried several times following the troubleshooting steps both from vevor and from people's YouTube videos using the same separator, but couldn't get it to work. I think there's a defect in one of the many spinning discs in the centrifuge hub, but vevor won't help me return it, just tells me my video of the device only spitting out whole milk shows that it's working properly...

Was so excited to buy this cream separator but it has been so hard to figure. Out. Unclear instructions. I love the stainless steel but just not working as I would have hoped.

Leaks all over, cream doesn't separate, made adjustments and followed all instructions and watched the videos. Vevor won't help return it. I should have known better

Could not get any cream out of my raw cows milk. The product leaked every time. I tried several times, watched countless instructional videos along with referred to the manual. Product was either defective or very poor quality. I was hopeful despite the many reviews that have stated similar issues.
