Le produit n’est pas du tout conforme à l'attente, très compliqué à installer au vu de l'état de l'arrière train de mon toutou j’ai demandé un éventuel retour mais cela à été sans suite. L'article finira comme beaucoup d'autres au bon coin ou peut-être en association.

Terrible product! it doesn't fit properly, yes it is adjustable but the harness is way to big, no support at all. I tried to sew one, that fits. but the frame is way too light. Gives zero support. This product sells on the hope of owners and their beliefs their pup will run. I'm so deeply disappointed.

Not happy with this dog wheelchair. Ask to return because our dog was walking better. But you would not let me return it now we are wasted over a hundred dollars on something we have no use for. Your return policy sucks

I ordered this wheelchair for my dog and it arrived defective. I contacted Vevor via chat and email however on chat do one replied for 6 hours and via email no one responded at all. I just need my refund, product never used due to the defect. Also they need a better way to assist a customer when something goes wrong because I have been contacting them 3 times in regards to this . Bottom line, I want my refund, bad customer service

Lance Close, but not quite right

Hard to get dog into. Needs buckets for harness. The back leg support sags too much. Needs to be more supportive. The frame and wheels are very sturdy though!
