I had a great deal of difficulty assembling this. The bolts would not go through the self locking nuts no matter what I tried. The bolts would go in just far enough to enter the threads of the nuts and go no further. Thinking that I had one bad nut or bolt, I tried other nuts and bolts with the same result. I ended up going to Lowe's and bought the same number of non locking bolts that came with the hose reel along with enough washers to fit the bolts. This was after I tried to contact VEVOR to ask what I might be doing wrong or to determine if I was possibly sent some defective self locking nuts. Of course, VEVOR had no Customer Support phone number . So I had to message them through a CHAT option to which I never received a reply. I then asked if VEVOR would refund me the costs of the nuts and washers I had to purchase to finish installing the hose reel if I sent them the receipts fro Lowe's showing what I had paid for them. Again, I received no reply from VEVOR. The hose reel works all right but because of the difficulty in assembling it and the extremely poor customer service that I received, I will never again buy anything from VEVOR.

Works well enough, have to pay attention when assembling and it’ll take an extra pair of hands, as it’s awkward. Fastening hardware is junk so be prepared to replace it to something more standard than the soft stuff supplied.

It's nice and light so it's easy to move around and wind up the hose. However from what I can see it's only powder coated steel. I presumed it would be galvanized as well. I don't think it will last too long in an outdoor setting and the brass fitting leaks as well

It's not very easy to use and the handle is way too short when trying to transport from one place to another.

Handle is way to short. I do not recommend.

Missing 1 M6*20 Bolt and the Cotter pin does not line up with holes on reel, cannot bend or push thru. Tried to take pics, but it will not allow me too. Keeps asking fir gif, peg. Will be returning..

175 ft of 5/8 is very optimistic. I put 150 ft of 5/8 and it's over the sides. Why didn't you put stainless steel screws, this item goes outside, there's already rust stains. Then ask your engineers to assemble one, so they will see it's very hard to put the screws, can't put your fingers, too tight. And handle is a bit low, I must walk bent to pull it.
