Spend the extra couple of bucks and buy the gorilla cart ! My VEVOR cart won’t stay latched , empty or with stuff in it I can’t roll more than ten feet and it dumps all that it !

I have been extremely frustrated with this entire purchase from start to finish. From the moment I assembled the garden cart, it has not worked correctly. The cart will not latch properly, and as soon as I try to go uphill it falls backward, making it completely unusable and unsafe. I contacted customer support and followed the instructions they provided to try to fix the issue, but those steps did not resolve the problem at all. The cart still will not latch and cannot be used for its intended purpose. After explaining that the product is defective and unusable, I requested a refund. I was then offered a refund of $21 for a cart that cost me almost $200. That response was incredibly disappointing and does not come close to addressing the issue. I expected a functional product and reasonable customer service. Unfortunately, I received neither. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this cart or this company.

Colis perdu puis dans un état pitoyable,manque des vis. On me propose dame me renvoyer les vis.....puis au bout d'un moment on me dis ,les vis sont perdus voulez vous un geste commercial ? N'ayant pas vraiment le choix. Du coup a moi d'aller chercher les vis. Pour un article de ce prix là , un sav efficace aurait été apprécié Du coup pas encore monter a voir l'utilisation quand il le sera.

I received this cart and it had a missing part 1 month ago and still trying to get a replacement part . Do Not know if will ever get to use the cart for my business.

The cart is fine. The plastic is a little flimsy. One of the tires won't inflate and I haven't been sent a new one. I've been using it with a flat tire, which is incredibly annoying.

They sent the wrong one, ordered the 1500lb version, they sent the 600lb version.

This cart is not designed properly and balance is off. If you load it evenly it flips because back wheels are too close to the front which makes balance off. Its basically unusable.

Damaged. Sent me tube to get tire fixed. Additional costs involved in replacing tube and repairing tire.

Although it came with a large Crack in the dump, Vevor gave me a full refund. Overall, good customer service and quality. I believe they just need to do better at insulating their products for shipping.

it came with a flat all I can say is my time with Vevor will be short-lived. Customer service sucks that's all i got to say shoulda sent it back they are lucky i didn't charge back they were supposed to send me parts 3 weeks it takes then they said sorry and offered me 20 dollars I'm totally disgusted with the whole thing so be prepared if anything is wrong bye the way i still have a missing pool reel great prices are one thing But customer service is another
