Overall, a good design and the price is very reasonable compared to other carts. However, solid large orange wheels simply do not work well in deep sand at the beach at all. On the plus side, it holds a lot of equipment, the mesh storage compartment is great and the locking straps work very well. Would probably not buy again, but not disappointed in the purchase either. It's mostly helpful.

Product was ordered with an expected delivery date of June 19th item wasn't recieved until June 24th. Which means product wasn't delivered in time for our long weekend trip. And we didn't get the use it yet. As for the product we heard great reviews but we're unable to give a review for the product unfortunately only the very slow shipping not as stated when buying it went through two different carriers and just over all disappointed in the shipping time.

The construction of this product is good. The tires on the other hand are terrible. One of the tires got a puncture before I had a chance to use the cart. I tried to find a better-quality part, but since it is Chinese, I couldn't find an American product to replace it with. The shaft is Chinese, and the American products would not fit. I am VERY disappointed! Save your money,

Received my order damaged, have spent a week trying to get it replaced with absolutely no headway. The only substantial response I have gotten outside of being told someone would contact me in 48 hours(which never happens) would be someone requesting to see the box so that this damage does not happen again. No mention of fixing the damaged product, literally a request to get pictures of the box. Then told in 48 hours someone would contact me to help with my case. At this point I am about to return it and it and carry my stuff to the beach by hand.

Not only did I receive the wrong item but the item i did get was damaged. I contacted customer service both thru chat & emails & was told it would take two days to find a solution?! The solution is send me the correct item that is not damaged!!!

Thought it would work to transport 5 Gal of gas to the dock. Doesn't work the way it is. May I can midify.

J’ai acheté se chariot il y a 1 mois maintenant, première sortie creuvaison après 1km5 de marche le chariot est maintenant inutilisable, la creuvaison a eu lieu suite à une mauvaise conception de la roue, le sav propose de me renvoyer une roue .. j’attend, j’attend .. et ? Il on perdu bien évidement mon colis avec la roue et me propose un remboursement de 20€ alors que j’attend la roue depuis une 20ene de jour, ce chariot est super à acheter si vous souhaitez le laisser dans un coin de votre garage 😅 SAV NUL👎🏼🖕
