This is a sturdy bit of kit. It has proved very useful for a number of things whilst we are doing building and internal woirks on our house. A few complaints :- the locking mechanism to make the handle assembly snap to make a sack truck requires a heavy slam dunk type of approach and it doesnt always catch and stay locked. A few times it has popped out? what would be good would be a brake on the small wheels to stop it rolloing away or moving when loading up the platform

Qualité satisfaisante, quelques défauts comme le jeu dans les roues autour de l'axe de guidage. Les rondelles ne suffisent pas à eviter une usure prématurée des roulements! Méfiance, il faut rajouter des entretoises en pvc pour le bons maintien des roues.

Bonjour je vous ai acheté un chariot pliant en soit disant aluminium avec des roues qui devaient être en caoutchouc ,il s'avère que 1 an après les pneus de celui ci sont morts ,je vois clair a travers le pneu ,je suis EXTREMEMENT déçu par votre produit ,ce n'est que de la quincaille a deux balles ,j'ai crevé plusieurs fois avec ,maintenant il faut que je repaye pour avoir deux pneus et chambre a air .C'est réellement de la daube .

Hand trucks weigh more than I expected for the aluminum frame. However, I think they will work well. I did encounter one flaw when assembling. The plate that held the ael rod was not drilled to accept the rod. The largest metal bit I had was 1/2", and this required 5/8" I had to stop, go to the hardware store to buy ONE 5/8" steel bit ($9) drive back, and complete what should have been a no-brainer 15-minute job. Managed to fail customer satisfaction by one missed operation. Close, but no cigar.

I ordered some spare parts, but they haven't been able to ship them for a month now—and they won't refund my money! I do not recommend getting involved with Chinese goods of such mediocre quality!

Complicated setup. Poor instructions. Parts don't fit properly. Don't count on assistance from Vevor because it will frustrate you. If yoi buy Vevor products don't but direct.
