The screws that come with it aren't long enough to grab the drywall plugs. Seems they forgot to account for the thickness of the bracket when matching the screw size to the drywall plug. Figured this out after installing the drywall plugs. My solution was filling the plugs with gorilla glue which expands, letting it dry and then screwing into the glue. Holds fine for what im using it for. Otherwise nice little shelf kit.

Goed stevig, en netjes afgewerkt. Voldoet aan de verwachtingen. Wel twee kanttekeningen: ze zijn net niet precies haaks. Met het blote oog zie je het niet, maar een knikker rolt er af. En montage komt heel nauw, er is totaal geen mogelijkheid om iets te corrigeren in het ophangen. Als je een gaatje iets verkeerd hebt geboord heb je wel een probleem om de beugel recht te krijgen.

I love these brackets! Initially I wanted to install them as hidden brackets but the shelf didn’t sit level (hence the 4 stars). I installed them as visible and I think they look great. Adds a bit of drama! They are very strong and good quality.

Shelf is great quality at great price. Anchors that came with it are useless and not properly sized for the screws that come with them. Was nice that they included a tiny level. Design is excellent but use your own fasteners.

Not quite as heavy as the ones from menards but about half the price. I built a shelf out of 2by4 that was 20 inches wide and screwed it to the brackets. Brackets were installed on every other stud. So every 36 inches. I am storing 2 1/2 gallon to 5 gallon oil containers, 2 1/2 gallon jugs of def, tools, you name it. In a 20 foot section of shelving I would guess around 2000 pounds of stuff. Works great. I have a new bobcat right underneath. I did use 2, 3 by 1/4 lag bolts to secure each bracket.

The brackets were very heavy duty - nice. The problem was that three of them were bent the same way (angle), and one was not. Have to manually adjust the bend of one bracket to match others for a level shelf. They are heavy enough that bending is not an easy task.
