disappointed lost future customer
I purchased this item and when it shipped I was told it was coming by On Track and they would provide tracking info. After several days I had to contact Vevor for that information. They responded but only indicated the item was on its way and no other details. When it did arrive there was considerable damage to one of the plastic trash cans and a crack in the other. I contacted them on their site to make a damage claim with a picture showing the damage. I had to submit this claim three times only to get an email that after 72 hours the claim would be marked as resolved. I never got a direct response to my claim to replace the damage items. I will not buy from Vevor in the future and will let others know that they do not stand behind what they sell.

Very Poor Quality – Sliders Failed Quickly
The overall quality of this VEVOR wood pullout trash can is very disappointing. Assembly was poorly done, and several of the small screws appeared stripped or busted during factory assembly. Once installed, the sliders shifted under normal load, causing the trash can to get stuck inside the cabinet.
The sliders themselves are extremely low quality—hard to move, noisy, and not designed to support the weight they’re supposed to carry. The soft-close feature does not work at all; instead of gently closing, you have to push the unit hard just to get it to shut.
Unfortunately, the packaging was destroyed during installation, so I was unable to return the product. I’m now forced to replace the sliders with a higher-quality brand just to make this usable, which defeats the purpose of buying a “ready-to-install” unit.
I would not recommend this product unless you plan to replace the hardware immediately.
