Over de VEVOR kiepwagen ben ik zeer ontevreden. Bij het monteren bleek er in een zijkant een deuk te zitten, waardoor de bodemplaat niet goed aansluit. Op de achterplaat waar de naam VEVOR staat is rechtsonder het haakse gedeelte krom waardoor de bout niet kan worden vastgezet. Tevens kan de haakse hoek bovenop niet worden vast gezet. Kortom ik kan de kiepwagen niet in elkaar zetten en gebruiken. Al weken ben ik bezig met VEVOR om tot een oplossing te komen; maandag 3 mei jl. weer een reactie gegeven met foto's maar tot op heden niets vernomen. VEVOR heeft veel artikelen die ik kan gebruiken, maar ik durf daar niets meer te kopen.

Horrible company. First shipment had a bent part, tried to just get the part replaced. Had it almost completely assembled, part so bent I couldn’t make it fit. Had to disassemble and repackage the whole thing, and drop the 110 pound box at FedEx. Painful process and horrible communication. Impossible to speak with anyone. Finally get a replacement cart delivered, same thing. Damaged, bent part, impossible to assemble it’s so bent. Now I have to go through another week long process to return this one. Horrible.

Et vous êtes stupide

The box i recieved has tons of missing parts has horrible customer service as i need parts to put this together.i am missing item #3 which makes it impossible to assemble without. This is absolutely pathetic!!

Received product with the box absolutely ripped apart, some panels were dented, no big deal. I put it all together and it was missing some parts. I have reached out to customer service multiple times to get those missing parts sent to me and they just keep telling me I will get a response in a day or so......it has been over a week and nothing. I doubt I will be getting these parts ever.

Had to drill out several holes and corner brackets don't line up at all beware.4 hours to assemble something that should have taken 1 hour. Caution, caution 🚫🚫🚫🚫

Extremely thin steel. Cannot hold nearly the capacity that is advertised. Metal twisted and bent the first time I used it. Wish I could get my money back

Never showed up and requested refund

This is not a review of the trailer as I never received it. I ordered this and it was shipped from LA to Sacramento via Pilot Freight. It then sat in Sacramento for over a week. I'm 2 hours away. Pilot never called to schedule a delivery and their online scheduling tool would not work. I finally called Pilot and got them to schedule a delivery. On that day, they never called. I called them in the afternoon and was told sorry, there was a delay with another item on that truck and my item will be delivered the next day. I sent a comment Vevor Customer service to tell them about the shipping issue and ended with saying it will be delivered tomorrow. I got what seemed like an autobot response offering $15 refund for my trouble. Then an hour later, another seemingly automated email saying my package is lost and Vevor is refunding the full order amount. The next morning , the shipper had "customer refused" on the tracking #. Long story short, companies don't communicate effectively any more and I should have saved my comments for after delivery. Lesson learned. I ordered the exact same trailer from Walmart the next day for $50 cheaper. This time it shipped via Pilot from Georgia (all the way across the country!). It was delivered on time without any hassles. Go figure.

This trailer is trash. it cannot hold 600 pounds when the sides are held together by removable bolts. It is made of cheap sheet metal and is not worth more than 100 dollars.
