Works but definitely not like the the demo videos on the website Gets stuck on even the littlest rock or plastic. The cleaning path is only 12"ish inches wide. The spinning brooms on the front help push things to the middle but don't actually clean that area. Was hoping for better.

It took 1hr to decide to return and refund due to a poor design flaw with the rotating sweeper bristle disks. No belt, just a rubber cord which is susceptible to heat build-up.

I thought this would be good for cleaning up my very large shop where sawdust and other debris always collect on the floor. That was a bad decision. While it is certainly easier and faster than a shop vac, it doesn't really get everything that well and it leaves a huge cloud of dust in the room. That's the last thing I want to breathe and have settle on all of the surfaces and equipment in there. Also the one of the two front brushes does not spin when pushing forward, only in reverse, so there is some issue there that is not obvious. So yeah, bottom line, don't waste your money. Maybe (and a big maybe) if it were $25 or $30, but not when it's near $100.

Tik Tok gimmick garbage. First, when item arrived the box was filled with several cups worth of loose gravel that ground around during shipping scratching the unit all over. After two weeks of back and forth they finally decided the gravel was from a non existant ballast bag that helps the sweeper keep contact with the floor that had torn open and to offer a $20 discount. I accepted just to be able to try and use it finally. This machine is garbage. I own a body shop and thought this would be great for sweeping up between jobs. That is not the case. The spinning brushes kick up a massive cloud of any fine dirt you are trying to sweep up and anything the size of a grass clipping or larger just gets shoved around until you turn to go the other direction. Worthless. Do not recommend.

We hebben een veegmachine besteld in de hoop deze snel te kunnen gebruiken. Helaas zijn er verkeerde schroeven meegeleverd, waardoor we de machine niet correct kunnen monteren. Vervolgens hebben we een ticket aangemaakt. We moesten foto’s aanleveren, maar daarna volgde een eindeloze e-mailwisseling waarbij steeds opnieuw om foto’s werd gevraagd. Inmiddels zijn we ruim een week verder en kunnen we de veegmachine nog steeds niet gebruiken. Erg teleurstellend. We hebben geld uitgegeven aan een product dat we niet kunnen gebruiken en de afhandeling van de klacht verloopt zeer traag. Voor ons een reden om hier niet nogmaals te bestellen en de veegmachine …. Die doet het niet want we moeten opnieuw foto’s aanleveren . ⭐☆☆☆☆
