Works. says it will do what it says it will. wish it came with a cap for worm output so you could cap the tank and ferment inside(i just bought my own cap). other than that its pretty good. heats up kinda slow for a 1800 watt element imo. However I am aware water is hard as shit to heat up so it could just be me being impatient. If they offered a 240v model I would have probably bought that one.

I bought it to distill water but I can't believe how much water is required to make 2 cups (is as far as I got). Better for alcohol distillation which evaporates faster than water. Hoping to be able to make essential oils soon, wish I could cool it without wasting a lot of water. I used the excess to water my whole garden and flowers to get only a cup or 2 of distilled water. I even added ice and it melted so fast. I'd appreciate any recommendations to use less water. Great product otherwise.

The price is unbeatable. A very good starter still. I wish I could order spare parts like gaskets, covers and pipes.

Build quality is why I only have it 4 out of 5 stars. The handles are under sized and flimsy, carrying the pot more than 1/2 full it feels like they are bending under the weight. I bought the 5 gal version years ago and the handles were much better quality. The lid fit is slightly smaller than the outer lip of the pot so the fit is tight. Over all it works fine, it’s cheap, and does the job.

Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Gut verarbeitet und gut zu bedienen. Zum Schnapsbrennen aber wohl kaum geeignet. Gerät wurde sehr gut verpackt und sehr schnell zugestellt. Die Bedienungsanleitung könnte besser sein.

The still works great except for the fermentation procedure. It is very difficult to seal of the tank and let the bubbler work
