The mechanisms are great!!! The equipment/brackets and braces work fabulously!!! It would be nice if whomever made this set would sit down and write down the directions of how it goes together!!! The pictures in the manual DO NOT explain everything. Good thing my husband is so mechanically inclined that he was able to figure it all out and put if together!!! The bed works wonderfully and is easy to pull down and put back up. The setup was difficult but the end result is wonderful!

We bought this for the first time building a Murphy Bed. The instructions were a little vague but we got through it. This worked great for our Murphy bed even though our bed is very heavy and made of solid wood. It is very sturdy part. We would buy again.

Mounted these Murphy wall mounted springs and they worked great. The only problem is the U shaped pins that hold the mechanism together tends to fall out. I ended up gluing them in place with Gorilla glue. Since then I have not had a problem.

Good product, compact and works well. The installation instructions are horrible. I went online to see how to install, watched a video and went from there.

Package came , No directions or plans or material list, so totally useless to a novice like me. I do not know how to use these parts and what I will need to finish this project. Would love more help.

These new brackets are horrible to install. Go back to the old ones. When you try to install them they fall off the brackets. Horrible new design . If i could review a negative star i would.

The instructions are useless. It doesn’t give you any guidance or meassurements. Was promised by thier Customer service that I would get instructions incl measurements/templates, but they never did. Ended up complaining so much that they refunded the money and stopped the “service”. So now I have 12 kg of scrap laying around.

The description mentions it should uphold until 250kg. This seems to be not the case in reality. I contacted support to ask for stronger springs as a replacement part to mount, but I even couldn't get an answer from the support team on which spring constant is used in the current product. Disappointing service with no to the point answers! Pity.
