1) Solar panel failed within a few weeks. Pushed 18v when new, only .8v now. 2) Customer service is abysmal. Only option is through messaging or email. Its been 4 days since I contacted VEVOR and all I've had is a promise that "someone" will email me with help... A Bot keeps wanting to close the case because of lack of activity, so it's me who keeps the case open by emailing back, not them. And since I opened a support ticket rather than a return ticket, I cannot change it to return until the support ticket is complete! This should be a simple fix. Allow a return and/or replace the product. Why make it so hard VEVOR?

Leider kann ich dieses Produkt überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Das 30-Watt-Solarpanel sollte die Fahrzeugbatterie zumindest im Erhaltungsmodus unterstützen. Mein BMW X5 stand zehn Tage in voller Sonne, trotzdem sank die Batteriespannung von 12,9 V auf 12,2 V. Das Gerät hat die Batterie offensichtlich nicht ausreichend geladen. Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass es keinerlei LED oder Anzeige gibt, ob das Gerät überhaupt arbeitet. Man steckt es an und hat keine Möglichkeit zu erkennen, ob es lädt oder nicht. Leider kann ich das Gerät nicht einmal zurückschicken, weil sich mein Fahrzeug im Ausland befindet und ich erst im Oktober oder November wieder darauf zugreifen kann. Bis dahin ist eine Rückgabe nicht mehr möglich. Schade um mein Geld. Für mich hat dieses Produkt seinen Zweck nicht erfüllt. Ich würde es definitiv nicht noch einmal kaufen und kann es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Végül észrevettem, hogy fordított polarítással vóltak beforrasztva a vezetékek. Én megjavítottam, de aki nem ért hozzá az simán visszaküldi, mert nem tudja használni.

Panel comes with suction cups that are too small and won't hold panel on place. If you buy this panel be prepared to fabricate some sort of mount. Had it on wind shield of parked vehicle. A gust of wind pulled it off and pulled out the wiring. It is now unusable. Lasted less than 1 week.

I was really disappointed that the connection on the back side prevented the 4 suction cups being used.

The solar panel has inverted polarity on the cigarette lighter. Be careful before first use. One star due to the fact that Vevor knows about the issue, as others have already pointed it out, and is doing nothing to fix it. Not even notifying customers by email, which is the least they could do.

first time i used it I plugged it into the accessory plug in my truck and it immedietly started smoking and now only produces 3-4 v
