Great Product but the web site description is unclear their should be a better clearer description I ordered several time and got same product with different finishes. Also pics of the product not clear and customer reviews and pics of jobs complete really helps with the ordering process.

Satisfait malgré la mauvaise qualité des vis (toutes les têtes ont cassé lors du vissage dans une porte en bois) et l'absence de chevilles pour les vis du rail. Pour le reste, rien à redire. Je conseille.

Love it but wish I could order extra wheels.

I needed this urgently for a project and regret buying from Vevor. I received the 8’ section of track with a large fold in the middle, almost as though it was run over. I immediately sent pictures of the packaging and product. 4 days later, and the company not only hasn’t offered a solution but hasn’t even honored their already very low service level commitments (48 hour turnaround on return/exchange inquiries). I was optimistic about the value, and the product design seems acceptable, but I won’t make the mistake of sending a dime to this company again.

I ordered it, went to wrong address, tried to notify the company to get it redirected, but they REFUSED to, so it got delivered somewhere else. Then the company told me "Too bad, Too sad - that I had to organize to have someone to go get them" I had eventually received a refund after talking with different divisions inside the company, i had report Vevor to the ACCC, as i thought that i would not only never see my product, but also my money. THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE ! ! ! I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP FROM THEIR WEBSITE EVER AGAIN ! ! ! A bunch of tossers and wankers that work there. Never got the item, someone who i have no idea has it now, but at least i got my refund and trying to forget this whole experience.

My item never shipped after I ordered it. After 10 days I asked for a refund and they refused to refund my order until it was longer than 3 weeks. They told me the shipping company was having problems. I contacted the shipping company and they never received the item. Poor customer service.
