- Deep Sculpting: Our squat training machine guides your body into the correct posture, allowing you to fully enjoy the benefits of squats. Each controlled movement strengthens the glutes, legs, and core muscles. It also helps enhance lower back strength, boost energy, shape your body, slim the waist, and tone your legs and glutes
- Comfortable Foam Rollers: Unlike traditional squat training, this squat machine supports your body weight and guides your movements along a natural, low-impact arc. The foam roller system and padded knee supports ensure smooth, friction-free motion, reduce pressure, and help improve flexibility, balance, and leg strength
- Durable Build, High Load Capacity: Built with a heavy-duty Q235 steel frame and non-slip rubber foot pads, this dual-knee squat machine supports up to 300 lbs. Plastic anti-slip pads protect your floor and prevent sliding during use, while the solid structure maximizes stability and safety
- Customizable Training: The seat offers 2 adjustable length levels with a knob-screw system that requires no tools for quick setup. Equipped with 3 resistance bands, it allows you to gradually build strength. Whether recovering from injury or training for muscle growth, you can easily adjust the intensity to meet your goal
- Compact & Easy to Assemble: With a compact footprint (31.5 x 15.7 in), this deep squat machine fits easily into corners, making it ideal for apartments, small homes, or rehab clinics. Comes with all tools (wrench, hex key, pull pins) and a step-by-step manual for installation in just 15 minutes
