De printplaat is overleden van de spindle motor de draaibank is zo goed als nieuw. Ik dacht dat Vevor onderdelen toe zou sturen. Dit is belangrijk voor mij want ik wil geen machines die je niet kunt of mag repareren. Na wat heen en weer mailen met de customers serive dame.
Zijn er voorstellen geweest met gedeeltelijke refunds maar die oplossingen repareren mijn draaibank niet. Uit eindelijk arriveerde er een nieuwe krat met de draaibank erin. Ik zou hiermee super blij moeten zijn maar het neemt het probleem niet weg ik houd een draaibank over die waardeloos is zonder die printplaat. Wat mij ook diep irriteerde is dat ik geen verbinding kreeg met een dedicated monteur die de machine goed kent. Ik had contact met een mevrouw die mijn berichten alleen maar doorstuurt en dan het antwoord weer zelf terug stuurt. Dit is tijdrovend en ik wil niet overleggen met een dame die nog nooit een draaibanjk heeft gezien.
Ik moet dus nu zelf een printplaat gaan zoeken die samenwerkt met de draaibank en dit is risicovol in het ergste geval moet ik de hele setup vervangen door universele componenten die wel samenwerken en de spindle weer laten draaien. Zonder een reserve printplaat is de toekomst van de draaibank ook onzeker. Een goed merk verkoopt alleen producten die je mag en kan repareren, dat betekent dat er de komende 20 jaar onderdelen opgelagen moeten worden. Een draaibank is een machine die langer mee gaat dan een mensen leven.
Ik dank Vevor voor de nieuwe kaart de garantie belofte is 100% gegarandeert maar ik had liever 2 losse kaarten gekocht.
