- Premium Shower Tray: Our shower tray set includes a shower tray made of EPS high-pressure foam board. Overall dimensions: 48 x 72 inches (1219.2 x 1828.8 mm). The drain hole is located in the center and has a diameter of 4 inches (10 cm) for effective water drainage. The shower tray features a gray, waterproof membrane with a plush textured surface that is easy to clean with a grout brush. The tray has a 5° slope from all four sides towards the center, ensuring good drainage.
- Drainage accessories: The shower threshold includes a durable PVC flange and an additional drainage device (fits 2-inch pipes) to ensure smooth water flow. An automatic gravity-fed sealing grid prevents pipe blockages. We also offer two shower thresholds measuring 48 x 4.5 x 6 inches (1219.2 x 114.3 x 152.4 mm). Made from XPS extruded plastic sheets, the two shower thresholds are easy to cut and can be adjusted to your specific length requirements.
- Waterproof: Our shower floor kit includes two rolls of waterproof membrane made of HDPE material. Small roll size: 5 inches x 32.8 feet (12.7 cm x 10 m). Large roll size: 3.3 x 32.8 feet (1 m x 10 m). You can choose the membrane for different areas of the wall or floor. For quick installation, four inside corners and two outside corners of the membrane are included, eliminating the need for time-consuming cutting.
- Stainless steel trowel: We offer a superior stainless steel trowel with square teeth for troweling mortar, a feature not found in other products. This trowel is robust and will not deform. The trowel blade has square teeth to ensure the mortar stays in place on uneven surfaces and improves adhesion between the membrane and the wall or floor.
- Effortless Installation: Installing a shower tray kit is easy and doesn't take much time. It includes all the necessary waterproof components, including the shower tray, flange, stainless steel drain, membrane, and shower threshold, for a maintenance-free, watertight shower setup.
