Haven't drunk tap water in a month now, and I swear I feel better for it. When I taste tap water now, it tastes for pure chlorine. It doesn't cost much to run, I kept an eye on my electricity bill's and haven't noticed a major increase despite other people staying this in the comments. Would recommend!

Our tap water is absolutely rubbish, dont know whats in it but it kills a distiller every single year by eating out the bottom of the inner stainless steel container. This one definitely seems to be a better quality than my previous 2 distillers. I really love that it has separate ON and OFF buttons you can start and stop the process anytime should you need to. My previous distillers only had an ON button, so once you started the process you could not stop until it was done. I also really love that you can remove the top from the glass jug and clean it very easily. I think this one is much better value for the money that any of my previous distillers so planning to buy a second one as a back up / extra. Really really love it, highly recommended.

Best purchase I've made in a long time - good to know I am drinking clean water.

The machine is easy to assemble and the final result after distilling water is so clean and clear. There are no after taste or smell at all. The dirt and scales of water is so visible at the bottom of the tank. I am more than happy with the result.My only negative comment is the consumption of my electricity as it took almost 2-3 hours to complete the distillation (that’s 4 litres).

I bought this so that I can put filtered water into my steam cleaner and to drink. It's a large size but fits nicely on my worktop and is relatively quiet - I was expecting it to be somewhat noisy but it's really not. I struggled a bit with fixing the metal rings around the glass water jug before I finally worked out that you need to bend the rings the other way! I figured this out by studying pictures of the jug lol. This unit is otherwise so simple to set up. I couldn't believe the residue left behind after the first boil which I cleaned before starting a fresh one. I discarded the first lot of water as recommended. It's a really nice Champagne Gold colour too, looks lovely in my kitchen. Some have said that the spout doesn't quite reach the hole in the collecting jug but I found that by turning the cap around a little, it fits as it should. I am very happy with my investment and highly recommend.
